Hey, would you two like to go in a boat so you can reach more areas? Maybe we can even do a little fishing?

Well...hmmmm.. let me think about it awhile...LET"S GO !!!! That didn't take very long did it ?? That would be great! Rockhounding and fishing all in the same day..AND in a boat, too? - Could it get any better? Thank you for the offer. I can't wait until Monte sees this. I might just have to tie her down with some rope to keep her from jumping around and hurting herself! Please email me with details : michelle@rocksandlace.com

TOO LATE!! TOO LATE!! I'm ready! I'm ready! Rocks, Fish, Boats... it's almost TOO MUCH!! I hear there are arrowheads nearby too. With a boat, we could reach those hard to get to areas. No telling what we will find. Gee thanks for the incredible offer!

If I had a boat ...................I would put in at gills point and search the shore lines out that way at what used to be called "Clarks Hill" ( Lincoln County , Georgia ) but renamed to "Strom Thurmond lake". When the water is low there is usually lots of amethyst and smoky quartz crystals . The best are bi-colored amethyst and smoky combinations. I have usually just walked the shore lines , but if I had a boat...........................

You're right, a boat would open up all kinds of otherwise impossible opportunities. We hadn't thought of the Strom Thurmond... Didn't you say you used to be a tour guide?? ;-)
